This is the front of the house. As you can see, it has a double garage and asphalt driveway.
This is the back door. It has a lovely little patio area and a faces the garden.
We will start the tour by coming in the backdoor. As you open the door, you have the option to go down stairs into the basement or turn right into the kitchen. 
The kitchen is fairly sizable, with a great deal of counter space and many built in cupboards. The stove and fridge are each about 3 years old, and come with the house. The floor is lino.
Off of the kitchen is the passage way to the one bedroom, bathroom and living room areas.
The bathroom is newly redone and is a full bath, shower, sink and toilet. The floors are lino.
It is a long bathroom, running the lenth of the master bedroom, with an ajoining (ensuite) door.
The living room is a large area which holds both the sitting area and a dining room. It has beautiful large windows which provide the room with a lot of natural light. It also has built in spot lights (with a dimmer switch) and a great view of the front garden. The carpet is older, but still in good condition. 
Ajoining the bathroom and the living room is the master bedroom. It has new (2month old) laminate flooring and easily accomodates a queen sized bed, 2 closets (which are included) and other furniture.
The second bedroom upstairs is newly painted and has brand new laminate flooring. It has wonderfully large windows and gets a great deal of afternoon sun. There are storm windows on all the windows. 
As you come in the back door, there is the option to go down stairs into the basement. The room directly ahead is the recreation room. It is cement floor , but I have laid down removable rubber squares. It is a large room with wood panelling which would make a great office or perhaps another bedroom. 
This is the recreation room. It actually makes an "L" shape and goes around the corner too. 
The wiring is relatively new, and 120. 
In the basement area proper, there is a great little workshop area with a space for hanging tools. The floor is cement and in fairly good condition.
The washer and drier will be 2 years old in August. They come with the house. The washer and drier area is self contained and also contains a small bathroom area. 
It is a very simple bathroom area, but is clean and well maintained. There is a drape to partition this area off from the rest of the basement.
As you can see, there is plenty of space in the basment for an indoor laundry line and drying area.
The furnace and water heater are older but work well.
This has been a fabulous little house to live in, and I will be sad to let it go. Hopefully it will make somebody very happy!
